Piedmont “On the Barolo and Truffle Path” –

Piedmont, in Northwest Italy, at the base of the Alps, is one of Italy’s most breathtaking regions. The area is dotted by small villages and towns, tiny producers of some of Italy’s most sought-after wines, and down-to-earth people who still live close to the land.

Tour the finest Barolo & Barbaresco vineyards and wineries. (You will also taste top Barberas, Dolcettos, Arneis, Gavis, Moscattos and blends.)
Experience the annual, world-famous truffle market where you can buy fresh white truffles and other products.

Visits to the historic towns and cities of Piedmont – Turin, Alba, Bra, La Morra, Barolo and others.
Private tours and tastings of Barolo and Barbarescos top producers, most of which are not open to the public.
Meals with world-renown winemakers.
Participate in a real truffle hunt.
Dine in some of the best and most authentic restaurants in Piedmont.
Taste regional natural and artisanal products like truffles, cheese and grappas.
You will have time to take in a museum or two, take photos, and explore historic towns or nature paths.
You will be guided by two Italian wine experts, both of whom are intimate with Italian culture and food and who will share their insight and knowledge with you.
All ground transportation (in a luxurious motor coach), 7 nights hotel, scheduled tours and visits, wine-tastings, driver’s tips and two meals per day, with wine, are included in the price.
